Laura Wilkinson
Laura has spent the last 14 years as a healthcare clinician, educating, strengthening and guiding patients through cardiac events, CVAs, neurological conditions, fractures, illness and injuries. Along the way, she realized that the same knowledge and skills could make a real difference for pets—our furry family members who rely on us every day. Driven by this insight and a deep love for animals,Laura transitioned into becoming an animal CPR and first aid educator, bringing clinical expertise to the pet care community.
What started as a personal mission quickly became a passion for empowering others. Through hands-on classes, Laura teaches pet parents, groomers, sitters, and professionals how to respond calmly and effectively when every second counts. The goal isn’t just to share techniques—it’s to build confidence, knowledge, and peace of mind so that pets are safer and caregivers feel capable in emergencies.
For Laura, this work is about more than saving lives—it’s about creating a community of prepared, confident caregivers who can act with skill and compassion. By connecting professional healthcare experience with the needs of the pet world, Laura is helping ensure that every pet has a chance when it matters most.
